Come together for an important conversation on human trafficking featuring Rabbi Laurie Rice in discussion with Sarah Butler and Chelsea Spence of Hope for Justice, a leading non-profit in the space. This program will explore the realities of modern-day trafficking, the vulnerabilities that allow it to persist, and the moral responsibility we share in confronting exploitation and injustice. Rooted in Jewish values of human dignity, freedom, and the belief that every person is created b’tzelem Elohim — in the image of God – we will examine why human trafficking is not only a global human rights crisis, but also a deeply Jewish concern.
