Prior to Women’s Day on the Hill we will host a Q&A via Zoom for potential attendees to ask any questions about lobbying, parking, meetings, etc. Carpooling will be provided to/from The Temple.
Agenda
9:00 – 10:00 AM – Lobbying 101 featuring guest appearances from elected officials. Whether it is your first time lobbying or you are a seasoned pro, together we will spend time to get everyone up to speed on how the legislative session works, what bills we are following, and how to lobby. By the end of the hour, you will be prepared for the day ahead!
10:00 – 12:00 PM – Meetings with elected officials on both sides of the aisle
12:00 – 1:00 PM – Lunch
1:00 – 3:00 PM – Attend committee meetings
