2023 Advocacy 101 – via Zoom

You are invited to join NCJW, Nashville Section’s Advocacy 101 training! We will be offering two opportunities to participate in this training:

Sunday, January 29, 9:30 – 11:30 AM In Person
Wednesday, February 1, 7:00 – 8:30 PM via Zoom

Part One of the training will consist of instruction on how the legislative process works on the state and federal levels, as well as include ways you can take actions to be involved. We will also provide summaries and additional instruction on key bills in Tennessee that NCJW will be following in the Spring Legislative session.

Part Two will feature invited guests from the Tennessee General Assembly: a member of both the State Senate and House. We will hear from them and practice our skills learned in Part One of the training.
