Allison Korman, Alli (she/her) is the Executive Director and Founder of The Red Tent Fund. She is a strategic thinker and nonprofit leader with a passion for helping others. From 2022 to 2023, she led the DC Abortion Fund (DCAF) as Senior Operations and Strategy Director, until her resignation in response to antisemitic conduct by staff and Board. Prior to joining DCAF, Alli served as founding Executive Director of Culture of Respect, a leading national initiative to end campus sexual violence. She has provided management, support, and technical assistance to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and served as the Associate Director of Education for the Association of Reproductive Health Professionals (ARHP).
Alli holds a Masters of Health Sciences (MHS) from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and a B.A. from the University of Michigan in English and Women’s Studies. She also holds certificates in Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership from the University of San Diego and in Executive Facilitation from Georgetown University.
